Latitude high rise residential development at 55 Lavender Street Lavender Bay Sydney
Commissioned by Mirvac
- 21 levels extended glazed balustrade installed in 88 days. A record completion. Mirvac used a 3 level movable screen which allowed Normoyle engineering to fully install one complete floor of balustrade of 204 meters every 4 days. This allowed Mirvac to secure each floor for following trades to perform their duties.

Bexley Road Footbridge Sydney

- Constructed and install 4 meter wide single arch pedestrian bridge over 4 lanes of traffic including access stairs and disabled ramp.
- This was performed by Normoyle engineering without any interruption to the normal traffic flow.
