Lend Lease

At the end of 2010 Normoyle successfully completed a diverse range of work at the Sugardock apartments, Jacksons Landing, Pyrmont. The completion of the project marked a successful relationship with Lend Lease that Normoyle will further maintain on the Lend Lease Silk building. The Sugardock contract for Normoyle included the design, fabrication and installation of the main glass facade- close to 2500 meters squared. Plus the construction of the roof structural steel and the roof facade- another 500 meters squared. Other work on the project included over 600 privacy screens, 1700 meters of balustrade, pool balustrades and gates and structural steel egress stairs amongst many other elements.
